2. To take on record Limited Review Report by the Auditors for the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016
Further, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from November 05, 2016 to November 13, 2016 in view of the consideration of the Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. |
