| Exchange Disseminated Time 14/05/2016 17:07:22 | Omkar Speciality Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the following matters:
1. Approval of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016;
2. Recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, for the financial year ended 2015-16;
3. Matters relating to ensuing Annual General Meeting.
With reference to the above, the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company from May 16, 2016 to May 25, 2016 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open on May 26, 2016. |
