a. To approve the audited Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2006 and the Balance Sheet as on that date.
b. To recommend a Dividend on equity shares, if any.
c. To fix date and time for Annual General Meeting of the Company and also to fix Book Closure.
d. To take on record the statement of Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 2006 as per clause 41 of the Listing Agreement. |
