Siti Cable Network Ltd has now informed BSE that the said Meeting of Board of Directors has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. The new date of the Board Meeting shall be intimated in due course.
Accordingly, the trading window shall remain closed till the completion of second trading day after the announcement of Financial Results of the Company. |
