The above appointment comes into effect immediately. Shri Rao, a MBA in Finance and Marketing, is a power sector professional with over 35 years of experience with a blend of Project Development, Project Finance, Planning, Finance and Accounts. Shri Rao is not in any way related to any of the Directors of the Company. Further, please also note that Dr V K Chaturvedi, Non Executive Director who has been associated with the Company since 2007, has relinquished his position as a Director with immediate effect for reasons of old age |
