| Exchange Disseminated Time 09/12/2015 17:25:13 | Bhartiya International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 14, 2015, to consider the following item:
1. Allotment of 5,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each pursuant to conversion of warrants allotted to the promoter group having attached thereto the right to convert into equal number of Equity Shares of the Company.
The same is in compliance to Regulations 29 and 30 of the Uniform Listing Agreement under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015). |
