1. Financial Results
The Board of Directors in their meeting held on 14.11.2017 have approved the
unaudited financial results for the Quarter ended 30.09.2017 in terms of
Regulation 33 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015 (Copy of the Financial Results and
Auditors Report are enclosed).
2 The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mrs Dr. Priti S.Lal
(MSC, Ph.D. Chemistry) as Additional Director (Independent). Presently Working

3 The Board has approved the change in method of accounting as per transfer
pricing compliance report.
