Abbott India Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the text of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended on September 30, 2016.

Further, in terms of Abbott India Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from November 21, 2016 to November 30, 2016 (both days inclusive).
