| Exchange Disseminated Time 14/02/2017 19:06:15 | Sat Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2017, has allotted 64,00,000 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each at a premium of Rs. 5 per share on conversion of 64,00,000 warrants to promoter.
Consequent to the conversion of warrants into equity shares as aforesaid, the paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from present Rs. 18,32,00,000/- divided into 9,16,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each, to Rs. 19,60,00,000/- divided into 9,80,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each. |
