| Exchange Disseminated Time | Orient Cement Ltd has informed BSE that as per Orient Cement Limited-Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees and their dependents from July 23, 2014 till August 09, 2014 for the purpose of declaration of the Un-annual Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2014.
All Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees and their dependents have been informed not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period. |
