| Exchange Disseminated Time | Monotype India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. Split of the Shares from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/- fully Paid-up.
2. Issue of shares to the Existing Share Holders of Face value Rs. 1/- each as per the list of share holders available on record date.
3. Allotment of new equity shares to the Share Holders of the Transferor Companies as per the Scheme of arrangement approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Calcutta on December 09, 2014 in connection with the Company Application number 1053 of 2011 and the petition number 619 of 2013. |
