1. Adoption of Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading & Code of Fair Disclosure as required under Clause 8 & 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading). Regulations, 2015 :
- As required under Clause 8 & 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), regulations, 2015, the company had formulated a Code of Conduct for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information.
The Board had, at its meeting held on May 26, 2015, approved and adopted the Code of Conduct. |
