| Exchange Disseminated Time | 3M India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2011, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. Mr. Jose Varela will cease to be Director of the Company with effect from October 31, 2011 consequent upon being appointed as Managing Director of 3M Brazil.
2. Mr. K. Vijay Kumar has been appointed as Director in the vacancy arising from the resignation of Mr. Jose Varela with effect from October 31, 2011. He was also appointed as Whole-time Director of the Company with the responsibilities of Strategic Planning, Acquisitions, Business Development (Mining, Construction and Defence Markets) and IT. |
