"Resolved That pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33(3)(b)(i) of Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, consent of the Board of Directors of the Company be and is hereby accorded to the Company from submission of quarterly and year-to-date consolidated financial results to the Stock Exchanges where the securities of the Company are listed (hereinafter referred to as the Stock Exchanges), for every quarter except the last quarter of the financial year 2016-17." |
