| Exchange Disseminated Time 02/11/2016 17:43:09 | Skipper Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.
In purview of the above and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the designated persons will be closed from November 03, 2016 to November 12, 2016 (until expiry of 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 are submitted to the Stock Exchanges). |
