| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Alps Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had submitted a formal proposal to its lead banker, State Bank of India, for registration under Corporate Debt Restructuring Cell (CDR) to restructure the borrowings from various banks. The Company has further informed that, the proposal for restructuring of debt under CDR Scheme has been approved by the authorities at their meeting held on August 31, 2009. It has been communicated to the Company vide their letter dated September 11, 2009, received by the Company on September 14, 2009. |
