1. To consider and approve revised 23rd Annual Report including the Director’s Report together with the Management Discussion and Analysis Report for financial year 2015-16 along with revised notice of 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
2. To consider and recommend to the Members of the Company for appointment of Mr. Manav Poddar as Whole Time Director designated as Executive Director of the company.
Further, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the “Trading Window” for the trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from June 13, 2016 to June 24, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and other designated employees of the Company. |
