1. Recommended divided of Rs 0.60 Per Equity Share having face value of Rs 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2009 on its total paid-up Equity Share Capital of Rs 3,599.05 Lacs subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. Promoters of the Company are not exercising the option of conversion of 30,00,000 Equity Warrants into Equity Shares of the Company. |
