| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the news item which appeared in a leading financial daily titled "Spurts on order talk", Shree Rama Multi-Tech Ltd has clarified to BSE that it has entered into a Business Agreement with Hindustan Lever Ltd (HLL) with whom the Company has business association for past several years for the supply of tubes, laminates and packaging materials.
Further the Company has informed that the Company can not give details regarding the business volume, in view of the Company's business interest. |
