| Exchange Disseminated Time | Magnum Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that, due to reconstitution of Bank's Circle, Company's banker Punjab National Bank has decided to appoint Mr. Bikash Narayan Mishra, Circle Head, NCR, Noida in place of Mr. Kamal Prasad, Circle Head, Meerut as Nominee Director on Company's Board of Directors vide their letter dated February 11, 2013.
Further the Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on March 22, 2013 approved the appointment of Mr. Bikash Narayan Mishra as Nominee Director of the Company and cessation of Mr. Kamal Prasad. |
