In compliance with Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulation, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 6th July 2016, we inform you that the Board Meeting of Dynamatic Technologies Limited (the 'Company') would be held on Wednesday, 13th September 2017 to inter-alia consider and approve the un-audited financial results (under INDAS) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017.
In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from Wednesday 6th September, 2017 to Friday, 15th September, 2017 (both days inclusive). All Insiders are informed to abstain from trading in the Company's shares when the Trading Window is closed.
