In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Clause 7 of Hubtown Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed from February 03, 2017 to February 15, 2017 (both days inclusive).
