| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/09/2016 14:18:43 | Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd has informed BSE that on September 13, 2016 the Company has allotted 5,206 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid-up to the grantees on exercise of the options granted to them pursuant to the Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015.
These Equity Shares rank pari-passu with existing Equity Shares of the Company.
In view of the above the issued and paid-up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 9,92,29,084/- consisting 4,96,14,542 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each. |
