| Exchange Received Time 13/12/2017 14:54:17 Exchange Disseminated Time 13/12/2017 14:54:24 Time Taken 00:00:07 | We wish to inform that the Company has signed the Joint Venture Agreement with Ultra Fairwood PTE Limited, Singapore on 12th December, 2017, to manufacture PODs (Autonomous Electric Vehicles to be run on dedicated track) for PRT (Personal Rapid Transport), GRT (Group Rapid Transport) or any variant thereof.
Further, in term of the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015, please find enclosed annexure-1 regarding the requisite details pertaining to aforesaid agreement signed by the Company.
