Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, please find enclosed a copy of the Notice of 10th AGM of the Company to be held on Friday, 28th July, 2017 at 4:00 P.M. at the Registered Office at Hyatt Regency, Kolkata, JA-1, Sector-III, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-700098, West Bengal, India.
The Record Date for the purpose of final dividend is 21st July, 2017 and accordingly the said final dividend will be paid to the equity shareholders, whose name appear in the Register of Members/List of Beneficial Owners of the Company at the close of the business hours on 21st July, 2017.
We would also like to notify you the Register of Members and the Transfer Books for equity shares of the Company shall remain closed rom Saturday, 22nd July, 2017 To Friday, 28th July, 2017 (Both days inclusive)
