| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily dated August 04, 2011 on the order passed by the "Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, New Delhi" on July 29, 2011, B. L. Kashyap and Sons Ltd has clarified to BSE that the Company had filed an appeal against the said Order before the Employee’s Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal on August 11, 2011.
The Tribunal after hearing the parties, vide its order dated August 16, 2011 admitted the appeal filed by the Company and stayed the operation of the impugned order subject to the Company depositing Rs. 15 Crores within two months. The tribunal has also directed the APFC not to take any coercive measures till the disposal of the appeal. |
