1. Adoption of the Audited Profit & Loss account for the year ended March 31, 2009 and Balance Sheet as on that date together with the Directors Report and the Auditors Report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Prakash V Mehta & Mr. Kannan K Unni, as Directors of the Company.
3. Payment of remuneration to Mr. Jai Hiremath, Vice Chairman & Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years commencing July 01, 2008 to June 30, 2013, on necessary terms & conditions.
4. Payment of remuneration to Mr. Sameer Hiremath, Whole-time Director designated Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years commencing July 01, 2008 to June 30, 2013, on necessary terms & conditions. |
