1. Acquisition of 100% stake in the equity share capital of Bakrishna Synthetics Ltd., a group company, from Nirvikara Paper Mills Ltd., subject to approval of members pursuant to section 188 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and subject to other approvals, if any.
2. To convene Postal Ballot of the members of the Company to transact the aforementioned business as Special Business.
3. Opening of a branch office in USA and/ or UAE for marketing the Company’s product. |
