1. Unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2017, which is enclosed herewith along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors, in compliance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
2. Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(b)(i) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company opts to submit quarterly/year to date (as applicable) only Standalone Financial Results during the Financial Year 2017-2018.
