1. The Scheme of Amalgamation of Intellvision Software Limited with Aurionpro Solutions Ltd /
2. The Share Exchange Ratio, i.e. 33 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of Aurionpro Solutions Ltd shall be issued for every 250 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of Intellvisions Software Limited. |
