Vadodara.
The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday the 2nd September, 2017 to Saturday the 16th September, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement for payment of dividend.
Dividend upon its declaration at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid @ Rs.2.20 per equity shares of the Company on and from 22nd September, 2017 to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company on the Book Closure Date.
