| Exchange Disseminated Time 18/07/2016 20:09:18 | Eurotex Industries and Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Company may not be able to conduct the Board Meeting for approving the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2016 due to Lock out & Illegal Strike at Company's Mills at MIDC, Kolhapur, within the stipulated time.
Presently Company's staff members are not allowed by the workers to enter the Mill premises to attend their day to day work. The Company have already lodged complaints with the Police Department in this connection but they are helpless considering Law & Order situation.
Considering the above situation, while every effort is being made from Company's side to conduct the Board Meeting on or before August 13, 2016. |
