| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Balmer Lawrie & Company Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, by way of postal ballot, have passed the following Ordinary Resolution, to transfer the Specialty Container Division of the Company at Coimbatore engaged in the business of manufacture of freight / specialty containers and all its derivatives as a going concern to Transfer Services Ltd at a consideration of Rs 289 lakhs with effect from April 01, 2007 or from any other date as the Board of Directors may think fit and the Board of Directors be and is hereby authorized to complete the transfer of the Specialty Container Division at Coimbatore with such modification as may be required by any of the concerned authorities or which may deem to be in the interest of the Company and do all such acts, deeds, matters and things as may be deemed necessary and / or expedient in the interest of the Company, with requisite majority. |
