| Exchange Disseminated Time 27/01/2017 12:56:33 | Omaxe Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 09, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31, 2016 at the recommendation of the Audit Committee which will consider and review the Financial Results in its meeting scheduled to be held on the same day, prior to the Board Meeting.
Further, in accordance with the applicable regulations of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 30, 2017 till the end of business hours on February 11, 2017, that is 48 hours after the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results are submitted to the Stock Exchanges. The same has been intimated to all the Directors, KMPs and Designated Employees of the Company. |
