| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 27, 2015 under sub-clause (2) of clause 8 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, wherein the Company have submitted the Code of practices and fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information, Further as per aforementioned SEBI Circular dated May 11, 2015, Religare Enterprises Ltd has now submitted to BSE a copy of Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading ("the Code") which has been amended & approved by the Board of the Company on April 24, 2015 pursuant to Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
However, amendments will be effective w.e.f. May 15, 2015. |
