| Exchange Disseminated Time | Accel Transmatic Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 29, 2014, have taken place the following changes:
1. Mr. A. Mohan Rao, Independent Director was retiring by rotation at Annual General Meeting had expressed that he is not seeking re-election and is not being re-appointed a Director of the Company.
Accordingly, Mr. A. Mohan Rao ceases to be a Director of the Company with effect from September 29, 2014.
2. Mr. N. Gopalakrishnan Nair, Additional Director, who holds office upto the date of Annual General Meeting has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director.
3. Mr. K. R. Chandrasekaran, Additional Director, who holds office upto the date of Annual General Meeting has been appointed as Permanent Director.
4. Mr. K. R. Chandrasekaran also has been appointed as Executive Director Cum Chief Finance Officer.
5. Mr. C. K. Kerala Varma, Additional Director, who holds office upto the date of Annual General Meeting has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director. |
