| Exchange Disseminated Time | Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company by way of Postal Ballot have passed the Ordinary Resolutions with requisite majority.
1. Increase in the overall borrowing limits (both short term and long term) upto Rs. 8,000 crore under Section 293(1)(d) of the Companies Act, 1956.
