| Exchange Disseminated Time | VST Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 13, 2011, have given their consent for the amalgamation of its wholly owned subsidiary - VST Distribution, Storage & Leasing Company Pvt. Ltd. with the holding Company - VST Industries Ltd., subject to the approval of the scheme by the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
Consequent to the above, there will be no issue of shares pursuant to the merger, since the Company which is being proposed to be merged with the holding Company is a wholly owned subsidiary. |
