per share in the capital of the Company to "Systematix Corporate Services Ltd. Escrow A/c Clearwater Capital Partners (Cyprus) Limited - Open Offer", upon conversion of entire 5966 outstanding FCCBs.
The issued, subscribed and paid up capital of the Company, after the allotment, has increased from Rs. 17,13,91.980/- divided into 1,71,39,198 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 19,09,33,940/- divided into 1,90,93,394 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each. |
