Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 (as amended time to time), the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees shall remain closed from January 25, 2016 and shall open 48 hours after said Un - Audited Financial results will become public, (both days inclusive). |
