| Exchange Disseminated Time 29/04/2016 14:58:43 | Relaxo Footwears Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window for the shares of Relaxo Footwears Limited will remain closed from April 28, 2016 to May 16, 2016 (both days inclusive).
The closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by the reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on May 14, 2016, inter alia:
1. to consider, approve and take on record Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016 and
2. to consider and recommend final dividend, if any, for the Financial year ending on March 31, 2016, for the approval of shareholders, at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. |
