| Exchange Disseminated Time | Anant Raj Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:-
1. Conversion of unsecured loan given to Vibrant Buildmart Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary, into Equity/Preference Share Capital.
2. Approved the investment upto Rs. 7.5 Crores (Rupees Seven Crores Fifty Lacs only) in the Equity Share Capital of Rolling Construction Private Limited, a Subsidiary of the Company.
3. Incorporation of a wholly owned Subsidiary Company in the name of 'Romano Estate Management Services Limited' or such other name as may be approved by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana. |
