| Exchange Disseminated Time | Vidhi Dyestuffs Manufacturing Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 27, 2011 inter alia, have transacted the following business:
1. Adopted the audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2011 and Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the report of the Directors’ and Auditors’ thereon.
2. Re-appointed Mr. Vijay K. Atre as the Director of the Company.
3. Appointed M/s. Bhuta Shah & Co., Chartered Accountant, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting. |
