| Exchange Disseminated Time 19/08/2015 14:21:50 | Commercial Engineers & Body Builders Co Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 08, 2015 to September 11, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 11, 2015.
Further, pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made there under, the Company is offering
e-voting facility to its members in respect of all the businesses to be transacted at the aforesaid Annual General Meeting. Members holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date of September 05, 2015, may cast their vote electronically on the Ordinary and Special Business as set out in the Notice of the 35th AGM through electronic voting system of Karvy Computershare Pvt. Ltd. All the members are informed that the voting through electronic means shall commence on September 08,2015 at 10.00 am and end on September 10, 2015 at 5.00 pm. |
