November 02, 2015 who will hold office upto the ensuing Annual General meeting.
Further Mr. Rajeev Sharma is also appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and also the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The Company has thus complied with the provisions of Clause 49 III and IV of the Listing Agreement. |
