After detailed deliberations and approval of various other items, the Board took up the matters related to the approval of Audited Financial Statements for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016. After some discussion, all Directors except Mr. Kanubhai J. Thakkar, Managing Director of the Company, who was also chairing the meeting, abruptly left the meeting. Accordingly, the said Audited Financial Statements could not be approved. |
