| Exchange Disseminated Time | Swan Energy Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and year ended March 31, 2015;
2. To consider recommendation of dividend on Equity shares, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.
The Company further inform that the ‘trading window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors/officers /designated employees of the Company from May 25, 2015 and would remain closed till 24 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter/year ending March 31, 2015 to the public.
