Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company will remain closed from October 10, 2014 to October 21, 2014 (both days inclusive) for directors and designated employees as defined in code. |
