| Exchange Disseminated Time | PTC Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2015, inter alia, has approved following:
1. Change in the Remuneration payable to Mr. Sachin Agarwal, Managing Director was approved after recommendation from Nomination and Remuneration Committee meeting held on even date.
2. The Company has taken a decision to expand the AMTC project to include new technologies and capabilities. The expanded project is expected to make additional 12 to 18 months to be commissioned. |
