1. Appointment of Ms. Mina Devi Agarwal and Mr. Ram Prasad Pareek as Additional Director on the board of the Company till the conclusion of the Next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
2. Accepted the Resignation of Mr. Anand Kumar Ojha and Ms. Chandana from their post of director on the board of the Company and appreciated the efforts put by them for the Company on records.
3. The Board has instructed the Company Secretary to fill the necessary forms with the MCA to effect the necessary changes in the Board immediately. |
